Hualien (花蓮) is a county situated on the east coast of Taiwan. It faces the Pacific Ocean to the east, Central Mountain Range to the west. It is the largest county by area yet with the lowest population in the country due to its mountainous terrain. Hualien is known for its natural and scenic environment
Note: This trip was made in December 2018. Our next and final stop in Hualien (花蓮) is Qixingtan (七星潭) Beach. The beach is shaped like a crescent, where the mountains meet the beach. After checking out of the hotel and leaving our luggage with the hotel reception, we took a taxi to Qixingtan (七星潭) Beach.
