Note: This trip was made in December 2018.
Our next and final stop in Hualien (花蓮) is Qixingtan (七星潭) Beach. The beach is shaped like a crescent, where the mountains meet the beach.
After checking out of the hotel and leaving our luggage with the hotel reception, we took a taxi to Qixingtan (七星潭) Beach. We spent most of the time at the beach, enjoying the scent of the sea and the sound of the wave hitting the shore. The seawater is clean and blue that looks unreal.
I was surprised that the beach is fully covered by pebbles rather than sand. This is the first time I see a beach covered by pebbles. The pebbles look so beautiful, different shape and sizes and patterns. I was tempted to pick one pebble home, but I know I should not. If everyone who visits the beach is to pick one pebble home, wonder how the beach will look after ten years.
No words could describe the amazing view and experience at Qixingtan, therefore I am sharing through the photos I took there.

For more information on Qixingtan, do check here.

Taiwan is on my list of places to see now, after seeing your posts 🙂
The backdrop to the beach could be Hawaii

We have a pebbles beach in Oman that looks similar to this. Thanks for sharing the pictures.
