Start A Morning Routine
Make time for what’s important and matter and spend sixty minutes of the morning away from our devices like our phone and tablet. Do not check our email and social media. Instead, use these sixty minutes to pray, read the bible, journal and exercise. Revisit our top priorities and check in with our goals.
If we only worked on three things this year and nothing else, what would have the most significant impact on our life? Get clarity on our answers and priorities and say no to the rest. Write down your priorities, stick it at a place where you will see it every morning.
Share Our Goals
It’s important to share our goals with others to help us stay motivated and on track. List down the people who will help us achieve our goals and keep us accountable on our journey.
Get Enough Sleep
When we get enough sleep, we are more effective, productive, creative and focused in what we do. Get six to eight hours of sleep each night to live well. Getting quality sleep will also help us maintain our weight.
Enjoy & Appreciate The Little Things In Life
While working towards what we want, do not forget to enjoy and appreciate the little things in life. Be in the moment as much as possible, be mindful of our experiences, live with intent, and always make time for fun and play. Laugh heartily. Everyday is a new opportunity to be our best self and live our best life.
