“The first step in crafting the life you want is to get rid of everything you don’t.”
– Joshua Becker
Last Saturday, I finally drove to Salvation Army to drop my clothes, shoes, bags and books. There were about three big and three small bags of stuff in my boot and one more big bag at the back seat of my car as the boot was pack to the rim. The feeling of giving them away makes me feel light and happy. Now my car is lighter and perhaps will consume less petrol.
After cleaning up my wardrobe, I have streamlined my work dresses to fifteen pieces to be rotated for three work week. Now, every morning I need not spend time, standing in front of my wardrobe, deciding what to wear for work. Indeed less is more. Less clothes, more time.
As I admire my wardrobe, I feel like I am a curator. Not only a curator of my wardrobe, but also a curator of my life.
Thank you for stopping by and happy Living for Experiences!
